A Carbonic Maceration Wine
This young Red Wine is developed in a traditional and ecological way, in slightly raised glass ungrafted vineyard at 870 meters above sea level with a 100% Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) grape.
Cultivated in sandy loam soil, the fermentation process is carried out in a carbonic atmosphere, where the grape juice ferments inside the grape, which is still maintained on the cluster.
This young wine has an aromatic and fruity taste that is soft on the palate.
This wine can be enjoyed at any time and goes well with any food.
